The Trilogy

Zagreb's Seven That Spells recorded one of the most ambitious trilogies in the modern psych and space rock scene between 2011 and 2018 which surely is The Death And Resurrection Of Krautrock. To mark the completion of the trilogy, AUM (2011), IO (2014) and OMEGA (2018) are being released together for the first time in a 3-CD box set and as a crowning achievement, the band performed all three parts live in succession at the Roadburn Festival in Tilburg on April 12, 2019.

AUM, the first part, proves to be significantly more powerful with its two nineteen-minute-plus epics (Aum and Zero), while IO represents the middle and most experimental installment. The concluding OMEGA bridges both worlds to create the band's most accessible and dense work to date. A conclusion that evokes comparisons to Mogwai plus Led Zeppelin plus Motorpsycho plus Hawkwind.

This box set means three CDs, over two hours of music and is the ideal entry point for anyone not yet familiar with the world of Seven That Spells and the perfect summary for those who have long since loved them.
