Split

Two bands who are friends and have shared the stage are now united on a single LP. Speck from Vienna and Interkosmos from Austria, Germany and Spain. Both bands are deeply rooted in the Sulatron environment, and both have their own unmistakable approach to cosmic psych rock.

Side A belongs to Speck and their The Metz Session. Recorded on a Sunday morning after the first coffee at the Space Farm Ahoi Festival in Bad Vöslau. 23 minutes of high-energy space krautrock with real drive.

Side B belongs to Interkosmos with Beyond Hibernation, a track that originated in its core back in 2008 at the Space Farm Ahoi Festival at Böllerbauer in Lower Austria and was finished in 2022 by Sula Bassana with sparse synthesizer overdubs. 22 minutes of New Space Age Rock. Cool, trippy, improvisation-driven, experimental and in the end, somehow back at its cosmic home base. Mastered by Eroc.

LP on 180-gram randomly colored recycled vinyl, made in Germany and limited to 500 copies, including download code!
