Space Rock · Krautrock · Psychedelic Rock

Reflector hail from Bila Tserkva, a city about 80 kilometers southwest of Kyiv and their story is linked to the place and time in which they created their music. Andrii Kantsidailo (guitar, synthesizer), Sasha Shevchuk (bass) and Bohdan Manosh (drums) began working in 2016 on what would later become Echo Colonnade. Recorded in an abandoned basement and Sasha's makeshift home studio, mixed and mastered by Andrii Kantsidailo himself, using the limited resources available. For four years.

The album title carries a concrete history. There is in fact a colonnade in Bila Tserkva and the band recorded its natural reverberation and used it as reverb for the recordings. Echo Colonnade is a debut that sounds as if it had always existed. Numbered instrumental tracks plus a live rehearsal bonus track, all in the motorik Krautrock spirit of Neu! and Hawkwind, with the cosmic depth of early Pink Floyd.

Music that proves that Krautrock knows no borders.
